Saturday Class
Saturday classes can benefit students dramatically. Here at P.E.A. we have designed a curriculum that allows maximum exposure to the four main skills of the English Language that we hope each student will learn; speaking, listening, reading and writing. We have carefully chosen textbooks for each level that will help further enhance the students, and will help us follow our series of monthly topics.
Every student has different goals, and for those who really want to improve their English, we recommend that you study in class more than once a week. To support this, we have made discounted packages available that give students the opportunity to mix After Classes and Saturday Classes. See the Combination Set Price List for further Information.

October 29th is our Halloween Party, it is a school wide event, and will not take place in school. It will be a family event, we would like you - family and friends to come and have fun with us to celebrate Halloween. December 22nd is our Xmas Party and will take place in the school. | |||||||||||||

Our Beginner Saturday Kinder class is for students aged 3 - 5 who have a basic knowledge of English (know the ABC song, and basic introductions). We aim to build on the knowledge that the children already have, building on their phonics to introduce short and long vowel sounds and blends.. We will also introduce Dolch sight words, which encourage the students to start recognizing words in English and also helps with their writing skills. This class’ aim is to encourage kids to learn Basic English skills in all 4 areas of study (speaking, listening, reading & writing) in a fun and friendly environment. | |||||

Our Returnee Saturday class is for students who have attended international schools or who have studied overseas, and who have a high level of spoken and written English. The aim of this class is for students to maintain their level of English, and to try to develop it further. Many students who have studied overseas or in an international school notice a significant drop in their level once they stop studying every day. For our returnee students, we have created a curriculum that will enable the students to continue their educational and social development in English. Our “no speaking Japanese in school” policy for these returnees gives them a chance to think freely and expand their vocabulary in a very natural way. | |||||
